As an immigrant brought to the United States at the early age of 9, he developed a love for this nation and its values. Raul completed high school in Nogales, Arizona, 1999 and enlisted with the Arizona Air National Guard before graduation.

For 26 years, Raul Served his country in various mission sets. He served with the Arizona National Guard’s Counter-Drug Task Force for 16 years, where he supported local, state, and federal agencies in combating the flow of illegal narcotics to the United States.go
